Norton’s Service Center has been serving the Turtle Lake area since 1994. From our original location in the Carquest building to our new location on the west side of Turtle Lake, we have strived to offer the highest level of service, quality, and integrity in caring for our customers’ vehicle needs. When we moved to our new building, we began providing many other services to offer convenience and flexibility to our customers. We now offer a full-service quick lube, with drive in-drive out service. Other services available in our quick lube are transmission, coolant, brake, and power steering flushes; belt, bulb, wiper, and fuel filter replacement as well as many quality additive packages. We also expanded our tire availability. We provide a wide range of tires from Bridgestone, Firestone, Dayton, Michelin, BF Goodrich, Uniroyal, and other brands. And, we continue to provide complete automotive repair in our expanded repair facility.

• Permission to do the job before work is done, we will diagnose the problem & call for authorization before proceeding on the repairs.
• Your repair bill will never exceed your initial authorized amount without your expressed approval.
• All vehicles in for repairs are road tested before delivery.
• All replacement parts meet or exceed original manufacturers specifications.
• Recommended repairs not performed will be noted for your review.
• Computer records will be kept for all repairs and can be reviewed at any time by you.
• Latest in computerized diagnostic equipment.

• Walk-ins and emergencies accepted.
• Open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm., Thursdays until 7:00pm and Saturdays by appointment.
• All of these services meet or exceed most manufacturers requirements.

Some manufacturers may require more maintenance, which we will discuss with you if necessary.
